MetaMind Innovations (MINDS) participated in the first Review Meeting of the EVOSST project, held on 28 September 2026 in Thessaloniki, Greece. Project partners met in person, while the Project Officer and reviewers joined online to discuss the work completed during the first reporting period and the plans for the next phase.
MINDS presented the project’s technical overview under WP1, explaining how the different areas of work connect and summarising progress on the main results. The presentation also covered the status of the AI and VR tools and the technical risks monitored across the project.
Under Task 5.3, MINDS presented the VR training application for photovoltaic installation, developed to support reskilling in regions moving away from coal. The session included a video demonstration, findings from an initial test with eight participants in Western Macedonia, and plans for further pilot sessions. Participants gave the application an average rating of 4 out of 5, while their feedback helped identify areas for improvement, including controller use and comfort.
MINDS also presented the project’s communication and dissemination activities under WP6. This covered the consortium’s work to share EVOSST results through events, publications and digital channels, alongside stakeholder engagement and collaboration with related initiatives.
The meeting gave partners the opportunity to discuss their progress with the Project Officer and reviewers and receive feedback to guide the next phase of work.
