The role of the EU manager will be to manage, lead, support, and coordinate projects funded by the European Commission, such as H2020 and Horizon Europe.

MetaMind Innovations P.C., the first spin-off of the University of Western Macedonia, is looking for a highly motivated EU Project Manager passionate about artificial intelligence, internet of things, and cybersecurity & cyber-physical systems. • Bachelor’s degree and/or M.Sc. in computer science/engineering or other relative fields;
• 3 years of experience in project management (EU programmes) and team coordination;
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment;
• Experience with project management tools such as Confluence;
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and oral;
• Good analytical skills, as well as a proactive attitude towards solving problems.

• Experience in preparing and delivering H2020/Horizon Europe proposals.

• Management and implementation of European Commission (EC)-funded Information Technology (IT) projects;
• Cross-discipline team coordination (management of work packages, technical tasks and deliverables);
• Assist the team in day-to-day operations and project activities;
• Elaboration of the full suite of document deliverables and reports for R&D projects and business development activities (requirements, conceptual models, specifications, implementation and integration plans, etc.);
• Preparation, editing and submission of technical reports, deliverables, user manuals, training materials, and other documents, ensuring that they adhere to quality standards;
• Technical reporting to project coordination team and the EU reporting;
• Preparation, support, and participation in technical, plenary and EU review meetings.
