MetaMind Innovations (MINDS) participated in the SEV – Hellenic Federation of Enterprises workshop “Cybersecurity in the Age of AI”, presenting practical Artificial Intelligence applications designed to help organisations strengthen their cybersecurity capabilities.
During the workshop, our Co-Founder and Full Professor at University of Western Macedonia, Panagiotis Sarigiannidis, delivered a presentation focusing on the use of AI technologies for intrusion detection, vulnerability assessment, honeypots and distributed collaboration systems. The session highlighted how intelligent AI agents can support modern security operations through real-time monitoring, automated analysis and more informed cybersecurity decision-making.
Practical AI Applications for Cybersecurity
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming an essential component of modern cybersecurity strategies. During the presentation, practical examples demonstrated how AI-powered technologies can support organisations in detecting cyber threats, assessing vulnerabilities, identifying phishing attacks and improving incident response capabilities.
The proposed approach combines multiple specialised AI agents working together to analyse security events, generate actionable insights and strengthen organisational cyber resilience.

The workshop provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the practical adoption of Artificial Intelligence in cybersecurity and exchange views on the challenges organisations face in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
